The BIPOC Access Initiative
Private pay shouldn't be out of reach for the practitioners who need it most.
The Access Initiative exists to make Private Pay Practitioners resources more accessible to BIPOC therapists and healers building sustainable practices.
Why This Exists
I built Private Pay Practitioners to help therapists leave insurance and build sustainable practices. But I also know that the barriers to private pay aren't distributed equally.
BIPOC practitioners often face additional challenges — systemic inequities, assumptions about what their communities can afford, pressure to undercharge, and less access to business support and mentorship.
The Access Initiative is my commitment to making sure those barriers don't keep you from getting the support you need.
Private pay isn't a dream. It's a decision. And that decision should be accessible to everyone.
