What Would DJ Do?
Submit your private pay business dilemma. I’ll answer it in a video response to be posted across Private Pay Practitioner socials.
What Would DJ Do? started as a phrase a recent cohort used to navigate the harder calls in their practices. They were pulling from my frameworks, my writing, and my approach to make decisions without me in the room. When I heard about it, I knew it needed to be something the whole community could use.
Here is how it works.
You submit a private pay business dilemma. I randomly pull from submissions and answer one with a short video. I post the response in the Private Pay Practitioners socials.
What I will answer:
Pricing questions (raising rates, sliding scale decisions, cancellation fees)
Policy questions (intake processes, no-show policies, late cancellations, payment processing)
Boundary questions (clients pushing back on rates, payment, scheduling, scope)
Marketing and visibility questions (niche, messaging, directories, networking)
Business growth questions (hiring, scaling, adding services, dropping services)
Specific client situations as long as the question is about your policies, your boundaries, or your business response
What I will NOT answer:
Clinical questions about how to treat a specific client or condition
Questions that require personal therapy or supervision
Questions outside my scope of expertise
Submit below. I will pull randomly when I record.
